A feathered fantasy in breathable bamboo bliss!
Intermediate Easy Level:
This classic Shelley look is a stunner for any season! The Fuchsia Bamboo Knit Rayon pairs uniquely with the Turquoise and Magenta Feathered Tulle, which is lined by White Sheer Cup for design detail. The Knit Rayon Fabric needs to be lined with a stable fabric to eliminate stretch; White Fabrics were chosen with White Findings to match. Feathers from the tulle were fussy cut and handstitched onto the center front of the frame to blend the design.
