Stabilizer Tape, Nylon Tricot Stabilizer Seam Tape is used under laces and for covering the seams on a cut and sew bra. Use the tape to add a professionally finished touch to any lace bra or lingerie. Stabilizer Tape is very soft against the skin.

Nylon Tricot Stabilizer Seam Tap is 5/16″ (8 mm) in width, made from 100% Nylon. The nylon tape will curve easily with the heat or an iron and the white tape accepts dye with a good quality acid dye. 

Uses:
The Nylon Tricot Stabilizer Seam Tape is used to cover seams on the inside of a cut and sew bra, bustier, or any lace lingerie. The tape is very soft against the skin and will protect from any rough edges or seams. Use the Stabilizer Tape to add a professional finish to the inside of your bras and lingerie. The tape is rigid and does not stretch.

To use, simply lay the tape on the underside of your garment, centered on the seam you wish to cover. We generally recommend to press the seam open flat, to keep your seam smooth and flat. Top stitch on either side of the seam, catching the tape on both sides. The tape will also help stabilize and strengthen the seam.

The tape is also useful as a stabilizer under any portion of a lace garment, that may need a bit of extra strength.
