Fabrics and Findings Kits

The Diamond Bustier Bra Kit (Fabric, Findings, Cut-and-Sew Foam) includes both the fabrics (Duoplex material and Powernet material), Diamond Findings Kit and Cut-and-Sew Foam to make one Diamond Bustier in the color of your choice. The fabrics are cut and packaged, making purchasing your bra fabrics a breeze! This pack also includes a coordinating findings kit.

The Diamond Bustier Bra Kit is available in 2 sizes: small and large (see sizing information below).

Cut-and-Sew Foam

Pre-Finished Cut-and-Sew Foam Padding is a non-itchy, lightweight, poly-laminate foam. It is very easy to sew the foam together to make bralette cups. The Pre-Finished Cut-and-Sew Foam Padding is finished on both sides with a Chlorine resistant, soft polyester knit.

With the Diamond pattern, you will use the Cut-and-Sew Foam in a method called 3-D pattern making.

The Pre-Finished Foam Padding is made from 100% polyester and is 26-30″ (66-75 cm) wide and is approximately 1/8″ (3mm) thick. The foam does have some mechanical give in the crosswise direction.

Cut-and Sew Foam

Sizing:

Small – Choose the Small Kit if you have a Bottom Cup Depth (BCD) between 3″ (7.5 cm) and 4.5″ (11.2 cm). Alternatively, the Small Kit will work with the sizes listed below:

Large – Choose the Large Kit if you have a Bottom Cup Depth (BCD) between 4.5″ (11.2 cm) and 6″ (18.8 cm) in the Classic, Shelley, Sherri, or Linda bra patterns. The Ingrid bra pattern will use a Large Kit between BCD sizes of 4.5″ (11.2 cm) and 9.0″ (22.8 cm). Alternatively, the Large Kit will work with the sizes listed below:
