Tulle, 9” Teal and Black Feathers Tulle is a gorgeous black sheer tulle tipped with layered teal feather inspired embroidery along the scallop. The embroidery is only along on one-side. It has little mechanical stretch and requires lining with a Duoplex or Sheer Cup. This soft and dainty material makes a stunning bra!
