Tulle, 9” Pink and Black Feathers Tulle is a gorgeous pink tulle tipped with layered feather inspired embroidery along the scallop. The embroidery is only along on one-side. It has little mechanical stretch. It requires lining with a Duoplex or Sheer Cup. This soft and dainty material makes a stunning bra!
